Terms and Conditions for creating Copenhagen Air Experience A/S user accounts

http://book.airexperience.dk is CopenhagenAir Experience A/S website for online booking, payment of flight time and purchase of gift cards.

When you book flight time for the first time, you must first register and then activate your profile within 24 hours, either through a verification email that is sent to you, or via your FaceBook or Twitter profile. Only then you can order and pay for flight time.

When registered, you always have the opportunity to gain insight to your files or to object to a registration in accordance to the Personal Data Act.

No personal information recorded at Copenhagen Air Experience, will ever transferred, sold or shared with third parties, and only trusted employees will have access to the data.

  • Minimum information is: Full name, email address, phone number, year of birth and password. We need your name and phone number in case we need communicate about your order or cancel due to weather or technical conditions.
  • It is possible to specify a company name, in case this is information needed on order confirmations and invoices.
  • When creating your profile, you must also accept our "Acceptance of risk and Disclaimer" electronically. This approval is saved in your profile. You must approve this form before you start your flight session; otherwise we reserve the right to reject you. 
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that all information entered is correct. 
  • The opportunity to opt out of newsletters from Copenhagen Air Experience A/S is available in your profile.
  • Your profile is personal and the user of your profile may not disclose any information to others. 
  • The user can delete his or her own profile. 
  • If the user has forgotten the password, this can be renewed by following the instructions on the website.
  • There can only be created one profile per person. 
  • When creating a profile, the user automatically accepts the conditions mentioned above as well as any future corrections. It is the user’s responsibility to keep abreast of changes in regulations.
  • CopenhagenAir Experience A/S reserves the right to change the conditions for creating a profile without prior notice. All changes come into effect published on the website. 
  • Copenhagen Air Experience A/S reserves the right to delete user profiles, that are in violation with the conditions, without compensation.
  • Copenhagen Air Experience A/S reserves the right to delete user profiles that has been inactive for more than 24 months. 
  • Copenhagen Air Experience A/S does not guarantee that user profiles can be used without interruption / disruption or that the program is error free. Furthermore Air Experience Copenhagen A/S has no obligation to provide compensation. 
  • Air Experience Copenhagen A/S reserves the right to suspend or close a user profile without any prior warning.
